This website is operated by Meuvement Luxury LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as The Luxury Movement. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, the honest thing is not to use the site.
Using the site
The site exists so you can learn about the house, browse what we carry, apply to the boutique program, subscribe to release notifications, and reach us. Use it lawfully and as a person: don’t interfere with how it operates, don’t attempt to gain access you haven’t been given, don’t scrape or harvest its content or data at scale, and don’t misrepresent who you are in anything you submit.
Forms and submissions
Information you submit through the site must be accurate and yours to give. Submitting a boutique application puts you on a waitlist for review — it does not create an acceptance, a partnership, or any obligation on either side until we both agree to one in writing. We may decline applications and close waitlists at our discretion.
Our content
The content of this site — text, photography, the wordmark, and the design — belongs to Meuvement Luxury LLC or is used with permission, and it is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Press assets we publish for download may be used as described where they are offered.
Brand names
The Luxury Movement is an independent reseller of authenticated pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands featured. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
About the pieces
Everything we carry is pre-owned unless it says otherwise. Every piece passes two independent authentication passes and is graded against our published rubric, and any purchase is covered by the certificate and remedy described on our authentication page. The site itself is informational — it is not an offer to sell, and specific purchases are governed by the terms presented at the time of sale.
No warranty on the site
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and running, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meuvement Luxury LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the remedies we state elsewhere for authenticated purchases.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and the business grow. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and revise the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
